The APS employee census is an annual employee survey conducted by the Australian Public Service Commission that provides us with insights to important workplace issues including health and wellbeing, attendance, performance management, leadership, and general impressions of the wider Australian Public Service.
Based on analysis of the census outcomes, tailored action plans are developed to address identified opportunities for improvement. If further information is required, please contact human.resources@donatelife.gov.au.
2020 APS employee census
The results of the 2020 employee census demonstrate that we have a committed, engaged group of people whose values are wholly aligned with the work that we do.
