List of contracts
The Senate Order for entity contracts requires non-corporate Commonwealth Entities to list all procurement contracts of $100,000 or more on the AusTender website, and list non-procurement contracts on their entity websites.
Senate Order for entity contracts – 30 June to 31 July 2017
You can find a list of our procurement contracts on the AusTender Senate Order Report. This is a list of contracts entered into by the Organ and Tissue Authority that have:
- a value of $100,000 or more
- not been fully performed in the reporting period or were entered into during the reporting period
Non-procurement contracts
In the 2017-18 Financial Year (1 July 2017 - 30 June 2018) the OTA identified 45 Grant contracts with individual values of over $100,000 (GST inclusive).
Estimated cost of complying

The method used to calculate this estimate was based on the average salary of each staff member involved, the hours dedicated to the task and associated administrative costs.
Agency grants reporting
Grants are used to achieve policy objectives through Government working in partnership with individuals and organisations. Reporting for Commonwealth Government agencies is a requirement of the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines.
As of 31 December 2017, all Government grants awarded are published on the GrantConnect website, managed by the Department of Finance, within 21 days of the grant agreement taking effect.
Grant details published on this site refer only to grants awarded by the Organ and Tissue Authority up to 30 December 2017.
Legal services reporting
Paragraph 11.1 (ba) of the Legal Service Directions 2017 requires that, by 30 October each year agencies make publicly available records of the legal services expenditure for the previous financial year.
