2019 Community Awareness Grant process
What happens to my application once submitted?
- The Organ and Tissue Authority will acknowledge receipt of all applications.
- Following compliance and preliminary assessments, a panel will assess each application against the assessment criteria. The Organ and Tissue Authority will contact applicants directly if any clarification in respect to an application is required. The panel will then decide on the success of all applications. It is anticipated that the Organ and Tissue Authority will notify successful applicants of the outcome by Tuesday 9 April 2019.
If an application is successful, what is the next step?
- Once the Organ and Tissue Authority has notified successful applicants, proposed Funding Agreements will be prepared including (where applicable) specified deliverables, overall outcomes, payment schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Both parties will sign the Funding Agreement.
- Work can begin on successful projects when the Funding Agreement has been signed and must be undertaken in line with this Agreement.
- Approved funds will be distributed in accordance with the Funding Agreement.
- Grants recipients report outcomes to the Organ and Tissue Authority.
