DonateLife Week 2023
This DonateLife Week, we're asking Australians: Can you donate 1 minute to give someone else a lifetime?
Right now there are 1,800 Australians waiting for a life-saving organ transplant, and thousands more whose lives could be transformed through organ or tissue donation.
We know 80% of Australians aged 16+ support organ and tissue donation - yet only 7 million are actually registered. That number should be closer to 16 million.
That means there are 9 million Australians who say they support organ and tissue donation, but haven't yet signed up.
We need your help to encourage more Australians to get behind organ and tissue donation.
It only takes 1 minute to register.
