You are invited to the DonateLife SA Rose Planting Ceremony 2021 followed by a light lunch.
A rose will be planted to honour and thank the organ and tissue donors of 2020 and their families for providing many with a second chance at life.
Thank you for registering your attendance via Eventbrite. Due to current COVID-19 restriction guidelines in SA, it is important that each person attending register, so that we can carefully plan and adhere to safety guidelines. Please note that you can register multiple people; all we require is the name of each person attending and either the phone number or email address of each person in attendance. Simply display your e-ticket on your phone on the day, so we can scan you in, as your details are then provided when you register.
Please ensure you arrive early enough to be signed in manually if unable to show your eTicket.

As a final note, this year we will be filming the service for those who are unable to attend.
