There is little that is more quintessentially Melbourne than coffee and Federation Square, so DonateLife Victoria is hosting a free morning coffee event in the Fed Square forecourt for DonateLife Week 2022.

To encourage more Victorians to register on the Australian Organ Donor Register, anyone who signs up, checks their registration or shows us their existing registration will get a free coffee from one of our coffee carts! All you need to bring is your Medicare card.

Come down on the morning of Wednesday 27 July and say hi to the team. Our marquees will be set up to create a sheltered area where you can use the iPads to complete or check your registration. You’ll then be given an ‘I’m a registered organ donor’ sticker to wear. Upon showing this sticker to the coffee cart staff, you’ll receive a free coffee of their choice.

Don’t forget to swing past on your way to work, or share this special event with your family, friends and colleagues.

We want all Australians to talk about organ and tissue donation. If you want to be a donor, make sure you tell your family and friends.

Registering is easy and only takes one minute. All you need is your phone, Medicare card and one minute to register.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, your medical history, your lifestyle, what country you’re from or how healthy you are — you can still register as an organ and tissue donor.
