What do sports stars from the Western Bulldogs (AFL), Melbourne Storm (NRL), Sunshine Coast Lightning (ANL) and Australian Professional Leagues soccer teams all have in common?

They are kicking off The Great Registration Race with us today to help urge more Australians to sign on as organ and tissue donors!

We want to inspire all Australians to make a real difference to the lives of others by registering to donate their organs and tissue and to tell their families about their wishes.

Now in its 10th year, DonateLife Week is a national awareness campaign that highlights the stories of those who have generously given donations as well as those whose lives have been improved after receiving a transplant.

The Great Registration Race runs all July and August, with a big push during DonateLife Week from Sunday 25 July to Sunday 1 August.

Our goal is to encourage 100,000 more Australians to join the Australian Organ Donor Register.

During DonateLife Week watch out for exciting events from our partners, as well as our 2021 Community Awareness Grant awardees who support DonateLife all around Australia.

Grab your tickets for the Western Bulldogs partnership match in Melbourne this weekend, participate in the inaugural DonateLife Walk through the picturesque surrounds of Adelaide's Elder Park, or turn your front house light on in Eurobodalla and share a photo of it on Facebook. There are many ways you can take part.

Want to help? You can download a DonateLife Supporter Kit or tell us about your event and most importantly, get registered to donate!

Ready, set, race!
