DonateLife is excited to announce the release of a new education resource to encourage discussion about organ and tissue donation among Year 9 and 10 students.
The resource includes nine lessons developed by Cool.org, through a Community Awareness Grant, to creatively engage students in discussion about organ and tissue donation.
The lessons are Australian curriculum aligned, tested by a child and adolescent psychologist and are packed full of real-life stories. They encourage students to thoughtfully engage with the topic and to creatively engage with their communities about donation.
Subjects covered include English, Health and Physical Education, Civics, Citizenship, Music, Media Arts, Science and Work Studies.
