Little Rocket

Little Rocket, a 2021 Community Awareness Grant recipient, has just released a new video to share with First Nations community leaders across Australia.

The video follows the touching story of Aunty Julie, a liver recipient who is now waiting for a second transplant. Julie, a young First Nations mother of two young boys, spent six long months critically ill in hospital before a life-saving liver transplant. Along the way Julie, a member of the stolen generation, had many life-changing moments of connection with community.

In collaboration with First Nations people, Little Rocket have produced a range of products to support the video, including brochures, postcards and flyers. They will reach into 50 Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations and many more key community stakeholders who are trusted leaders in their community.
